During this time of uncertainty with COVID-19, our office remains open. Many people need mental health services, particularly now, and we are here to help. Our wonderful staff is here to take any calls, answer any questions, and book the soonest possible appointment for you or your family. Our hours are Monday through Saturday 8:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. and we are seeing clients by phone, telehealth, and in some cases in person.
Here are a few of the things people have been experiencing: anxiety, depression, grief, loneliness, sadness, fear, worry, a sense of doom, anger, separation from family and friends, an increase in drug and/or alcohol use, food issues, trauma, domestic abuse, and others.
We are also working with all medical staff and workers at all of our local hospitals with the mental health issues they are experiencing including PTSD and Burnout.
Please know you are not alone. We are just a phone away. Take Care and Stay Safe.
